Gas Blending & Fuel Conditioning

I-MAXIMUM is a gas mixer manufacturing plant in Poland, delivers a complete portfolio of alternative-fuel technologies, including:

• Alternative gas blenders: SNG (LPG + air) systems for synthetic natural gas generation and stable fuel supply (configured to match the same Wobbe Index as natural gas).
• Renewable fuel blenders for CO₂ reduction: BioSNG (bioLPG + air) systems to achieve defined CO₂-emission reduction targets while maintaining required energy parameters.
• Renewable fuels blending systems: biomethane + NG blending to meet required quality and decarbonization targets.
• Supplementary gas blending: controlled dosing of SNG + NG for fuel stabilization and continuity.
• Natural gas enrichment systems: NG + LPG (propane/butane) blending to increase heating value and Wobbe Index when required.

I-MAXIMUM delivers dynamic blending control to maintain required energy/quality parameters such as Wobbe Index, calorific value, and methane number, while ensuring process continuity and safety.

LPG & SNG Infrastructure

I-MAXIMUM delivers the supporting infrastructure required for SNG and gas blending projects, including:

• LPG liquid pump skids (LPG pumping systems) for reliable LPG supply to vaporizers and process equipment,
• LPG storage tanks (aboveground/underground, as required),
• SNG buffer tanks (SNG receivers) and air receiver tanks for stable operation and process dynamics.

Containerized LPG Stations. I-MAXIMUM delivers: 

• Containerized LPG vaporization stations (I-MAXGAS), designed for industrial conditions and low auxiliary power demand,
• Containerized heating stations based on LPG, providing reliable heat generation for process needs
